Become a Volunteer
Volunteers are the heart of Heron Hospice. Volunteers provide support and care to our most vulnerable. From giving a few hours a week to helping in many areas, volunteers are crucial to providing home-like comfort and care for patients and families.

Volunteers perform many important hospice support roles, such as offering companionship, facilitating group gatherings, lending their hands to fundraising efforts, as well as ensuring successful coordination of many areas of administration.

As a Heron Hospice Society of Delta member you will have a voice in helping to ensure the Society's programs and services continue to meet the needs of our community.
Members are kept informed about the Society's activities and have the right to vote at the Annual General Meeting or any Special General Meeting.

Only Delta and Tsawwassen First Nation Lands residents over the age of 19 may apply for membership.
